Courtesy: www.showcase.netins.net | Freezing Assets Why would Asha continue to do the role of "homeless character" and not just return to her more comfortable material surroundings? Why would anyone targeted care if they are just being watched by the spies? There are two parts to this response: The first involves coverups. Unfortunately in this case there are direct and connecting coverups and it would benefit those trying to hoodwink America if they could get me inside somewhere less visible. By being in the public eye in a fashion that is not consistent with my normal image, it brings out opportunities for exposure. Questions are asked (behind my back, of course). I am seen and I can speak randomly and openly about my experience. I can educate the public. A factor in continuing the income level that I was exposing during the project is due to the effect of being on the list. Being on the list is not just a matter of being watched. What many Americans did not hear were the words, "freeze their assets." As I mentioned folks - innocent parties - Americans, taxpayers, voters - were randomly selected for targeting. Occasionally that apparent randomness was for "special interests." Either way, the result was having their ASSETS FROZEN/INCOME STOPPED and the ORDER that no one was to assist them in any way (ADDITIONAL ORDERS INCLUDE 24/7/365 "LOCKED" SURVEILLANCE - "false imprisonment.") Some examples: 1. Purge their savings accounts and other investment accounts. 2. Send their credit cards to charge-off. 3. Order: Not allowed to work in the U.S. (In my case, I had been in business for 17 years at that time, with many clients.) 4. Steal their product, copyrighted books, articles, presentation materials. 5. Steal equipment and supplies for the business and, later, personal life. 6. Steal clothing and shoes and coats. 7. Destroy auto and have impounded. 8. Block and redirect calls from clients. 9. Intercept and block faxes from business associates so that conferences and other events can not be arranged. 10. Order: No one (including family and emergency personnel) is allowed to assist in any manner. 11. Defame with lies and negative spin. 12. 24/7/365 guard/surveillance - target is never to be alone or have a private conversation with anyone. 13. Hack, phish, block access to website(s). 14. Investment counselors and attorneys become unavailable every time you call. 15.Income to be either $0 or just enough to pay for telephone/computer bill with the purpose of keeping it open for hacking/tapping purposes. 16. Accept payment to deliver mail to clients, but send back all of it as undeliverable and with no corrections to addresses. 17. Steal registered mail. 18. Pay business associates to allow spying/spy on you at place of business. Use moles there, too. 19. National Security Letters (prior to becoming illegal. This case began prior to parts of them being ruled illegal. 20. For those who do not own businesses, their attempts to obtain work are fruitless. For those already working, hours are cut or they are let go. In other words, the target is to be driven to poverty and not to "prosper." All the while, others earn livings ($3K, $4K, $5K contracts, $30 hour hacking, $13-15 hr McDonald's, etc.) by holding the target hostage and driving them out of business or preventing them from working or obtaining work. For how long? Three years is apparently not uncommon. Longer? Meanwhile, when Senate committees, FISA court, and Inspectors General and their "spies" are called in, the result is more spies, further confusion, BUT: THE CASE CONTINUES. More folks get paid, but the target is left in the same conditions. It is possible to lose everything owned or saved or created and even that which is obtained to replace lost goods. While others procrastinate, coverup, spin and racketeer, the target is sacrificed. If one looks at the state of the current system, one list alone has one million persons on it. Including, at one point, a child (4 years old?). I would not be surprised to find the family cat on the list next. What is really being done to stop these lists, which, in my opinion, are unconstitutional in the first place ("guilty until proven innocent and no one benefits financially to ever make a decision in any event.")? I've heard some say how "sad" this is. The word is not "sad." It is "criminal." HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS. Random selection of citizens for the wrong reasons and coverups of several magnitudes of "wrong." As one person put it, this is wrong on so many levels, it becomes hard to describe.
