Courtesy: www.showcase.netins.net | Right now, while the American public is distracted by the Presidential race and economic woes - just at the time when you OUGHT TO BE ABLE to trust your current governmental leaders, the leaders at the Justice Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation (and the "spies") are trying to give ALL OF US - CITIZENS - the final insult: Michael B. Mukasey, U.S. Attorney General, is on the hill again requesting that Congress give permission to put ANY AND ALL U.S. CITIZENS on lists and to violate all of their civil rights at any time (war or peace) WITHOUT PROBABLE CAUSE. Translated for those of you who are not literate in the law: NO REASON. You do not need to be "guilty" of anything. Special interests can have you put on the list to serve their purposes (are you their competition?) And that's not all, folks. Just like the Ginzu knife, there's more. There are three things Mukasey wants you to pay for and agree to allow: 1. The basic erasure of your Constitutional right to require "probable cause"(a reason) in order to put you on a list and go after you. In my case, when they went after me, operatives and agents did everything short of killing me, legal or otherwise; so, which expanded power exactly are they requesting? Additionally, blatant disregard for current legal limitations of their powers and a broad culture of corruption already exist. 3. Any crime (ANY CRIME) committed by the spies would not be considered as a crime!!!So, if they burn down your house, damage your car, ruin your reputation with lies, perjure themselves, suppress evidence, etc. you cannot prosecute them. Murder is, at present, a crime. However... This is so far "wrong" in so many ways and on so many levels as to be indescribable in scope. Government's operatives will tell you that I am crazy, delusional or lying in order to distract you from finding out the facts and doing something about it. But we can do something about it and we can do it now. We pay for them. They work for us, remember? Check it out, folks. Public record. SAY NO NOW!!!TELL CONGRESS YOU WON'T PAY FOR IT. These racketeers won't work for free. It is urgent because we cannot wait until they are given permission and then attempt to retract it after the election. It is always hard to get laws repealed, especially after changes in administrations. Tell Congress NOW while it is before them and before it is passed and too late to stop. It is important also because it is one step in the takeover of the government and conversion of it to a police state. The next step is control of industry by government and then come death squads, etc. It is important because once you do not have the ability to "fight back" for your rights, then the other rights (free speech, assembly, etc.) won't matter. It is a brilliant move to take away the need for probable cause because then you have cancelled out all of the other Constitutional Rights: it's all legal and the "target" cannot fight back legally either by prosecuting or suing. Think about it. Or, live it and learn: just a karmic lesson after all. NOTE TO THE SPIES WHO STILL HAVE INTEGRITY: You are a citizen and would be a potential target also if this came to pass.
