FREQUENCIES TRAVELER NOVEMBER 14, 2016 Year 2009 or 2010 Chamblee, GA My old "me." Where was "I?" Getting struck by lightning again had been interesting AFTER the event, of course. "Causes are many." I heard you say. The time before -- 1988, in Sandy Springs -- had been rather more of a quick knockdown to the tarmac, followed by standing up again and noticing entry points and potential metal pieces inside my body. A clamp, perhaps, was left behind after surgery. Metal tooth fillings in molars... should these be removed? Later, in the early 1990s, the metal fillings would be replaced and all mercury removed from my mouth. It had been decided that mercury in the human body was not healthy and should be extracted by a kind of suction. The clamp remained. Tooth coverings would be porcelain. Perhaps I was dressing for times to come. "Breaking" porcelain is a sign of anger, a sign of frustration, even rage or outrage. I broke some porcelain while visiting relatives in Florida -- an old dish, which I had carelessly laid upon a couch and then, with equal lack of attention, sat on. Of course, it broke. What had caused me to release such energy? No blood, simply ruined dish, broken porcelain, omen that it was to be. New Year's lucky meal: As I bite into my good luck dinner at the restaurant, my porcelain tooth crown comes off! What kind of omen was this for the year? I could repair it, but of all the meals and days to happen on, it was New Year's Day! I am reflecting upon porcelain these days as I have now lost entire crowns, entire teeth to the roots, vaneers on other teeth and watched my face droop into haggardness, my outer image changing. All this while being fully aware that I am now and have been a direct target of physical attacks by use of advanced remote technology being wielded by individuals and things. Someone was getting credit (and paycheck?) for destroying my teeth and image. Someone had previously gotten credit (and paycheck?) for getting me struck by lightning during the second lightning strike event in 2009 or 2010. The second strike is what you are asking about now. "Yes, I remember it, as do witnesses: the big, jagged finger-of-God kind of cloud-to-ground lightning bolt hit so suddenly as to be unavoidable as I stood underneath my just opened umbrella on a sidewalk in Chamblee looking toward the approaching sunset and the still distant but nearing storm clouds," I speak as I continue to reflect upon that day. For me, the issue would be to know what setting the magnetism/magnets were on. "Settings?" I hear you ask me. "Someone was heard saying that 'the equipment was set at about forty-eight when it was not supposed to exceed twenty-five.' At the exact moment that I had opened the umbrella above my head, lightning passed from the topmast of the umbrella and down the mast to the handle with my hand gripping it. Someone was heard saying that the lightning bolt 'had traveled to the board (circuit board?) and that the board was smoking' -- a board with lots of advanced technology bells and whistles. Now smoking. A million dollar board... What I heard were what may have been names or designating initials/acronyms/abbreviations:Sounds like: Russell (RSL, RSSL, LSR, LSSR, RXl,RXXl, lXR, lXXR) Supposedly two (sounds like) policemen (polis men? plsmn?) had witnessed the attack and were also on frequencies. They shot at the lightning bolt to break the circuit before the amount of energy building inside my body could increase further. I was looking, energy-wise, kind of blue-ish, they were heard to say. Someone was yelling at this invisible attacker: "turn it off! turn it off! turn it off!" The male-sounding voice was replying that "She was supposed to die anyway and this is as good a way as any other so why stop now?" After some more instructions and insistance upon disconnecting from power sources, this male voice-sounding assassin (or team of them in intelligence service/regular military army/navy/marine/air force/national guard/coast guard/justice department/interpol/universities/ technology schools//space agencies/astronauts/cosmonauts/taikonauts/space stations/satellites, U2s/spies/security/Research & Development or STEM school class of them) finally was convinced to cut the setting back or unplug the weather- or other remote weapon while the circuit had been broken. I later heard that the circuit board was ruined and that the replacement board would be a dumbed-down version, minus those expensive attachments and settings. How had I heard? Within my own head, of course. Some persons call that type of communication "espionage frequencies" and some reference violations of the "Espionage Act." I was not the one who was breaking the law. I had not gotten hooked up. I did not get paid to be invaded or attacked. Neither did hosts of others. Using weather elements -- lightning, wind, temperature changes, fluid rain or ice and snow for example -- as a weapon of pinpoint destruction of body or possessions... had not the Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfield, said in 2001 or 2002 or thereabouts, that the USA had the capability to technologically pinpoint a destructive attack from remote locations... pinpointing or relaying or mass destroying... "mass destruction"? "Weapons of Mass Destruction?" We are reminded that "mass" can be "singular and individual: biomass comes to mind" or, as commonly used, refer to many individuals or large areas. Floods, tornadoes, drought, lightning could strike large areas or a singular individual. "Isolated" showers took on new meaning for me. So did weather forecasts: 02% chance of rain versus 20% chance. Maybe they would select 11% and split the difference. We seemed to be repeating stories from Biblical times. "Isolated" showers or storms became a term which would commonly mean isolated weather attacks upon individuals, property, crops, herds, gardens, towns. A newspaper cartoon depicting a character walking under an umbrella, with rain cloud showering upon him alone, amidst an otherwise sunny day for everyone else nearby, said to me that there were those who did understand, those who knew that what was happening to me was planned, orchestrated, credited and DID target the general population. I was a "Targeted Individual," one form of "Organ Harvesting." Other attacks -- Internal and External hypothermia/freezing/chill/frostbite or heating/hyperthermia (heat stroke), Thyroid-body temperature and metabolism issues, Bowels in diarrhea or constipation, trapped gas, internal injury/sepsis, Urinary Tract/incontinance/infection symptoms, Digestive System with its attendant organs, Respiratory System/breathing problems, ENERGY DRAIN and anemia, chronic fatigue, Brain and Central Nervous System/tics/running legs, depression, extended grieving, nightmares and purposely installed dreams, anger or sadness at odd times or beyond one's norm, Skeletal System issues, Endocrine System issues, Cardiovascular System and arterial/veinous issues, Immune System/infectious disease/pandemics, Reproductive System pain and bleeding, miscarriage or death of mother in childbirth, birth defect or premature birth, inability to conceive, Muscular System, Integumentary System with skin, hair, fingernails and toenails issues,the body's physiology and electro-chemical makeup, the six senses (sight, hearing, taste, touch, smell, and ESP-related and thought-related, dream-related and paranormal/electromagnetic field-related senses/perceptions), apparent symptoms of allergic reactions/insect bite/rodent bite or feces contact/adrenaline responses/remote Epi-stick attacks, accidents with blacking out (loss of consciousness for brief moments or longer), dizziness, loss of balance, nausea and even vomiting, falls, arthritic pain, neuralgia, tooth loss, osteoporis, A.L.S., Parkinsons, cancer, brain tumors, Alzheimer's, overdoses, eating disorders (both starvation and bulemia), weight gain when not eating or weight loss despite eating, strokes, epilepsy, heart attacks, pain, blood pressure and insulin variations, poisoning symptoms, COPD, dyslexia and distraction/inability to retain learning/hyperactivity or forgetfulness that comes and goes/sexual orientation confusion caused by channeling or programming, etc. In fact, all anatomical systems were contracted out or assigned for attack. How many cases? Family medical/genetic history was considered. Past medical records of the target were included. Why? To address the challenge of keeping the real culprit hidden during diagnosis or autopsy. What symptoms and pain could be inflicted and hold onto plausible deniability? Death even? Yes...
