OVERCOME FEAR, WORRY, PANIC ATTACKS
COURAGE, HOPE, FAITH, BRAVERY, DARING
Where 7 comes into our lives,
we are venturing into the area of that which stirs our fears. 7 is the number
of the unknown...potentiality...unknown territory, unknown events...unknown consequences...
unknown people and cultures...unknown circumstances...
7 rules FEAR.
We fear the unknown.
What might happen? In the next moment, next week or year, if....There are
many things we find to worry about. Worry is a form of fear.
Will we get ill, die, will others die, will we lose our money
our relationships, our homes. Will the mountain lion or sexual predator find us?
Will we get a ticket? What about our children?
Our parents? Grandparents? Global warming? Terrorism?
All of those words which are fear based are associated with a -7:
worry, concern, neurosis, fear, caring, terror, panic, fight,
scare, insecurity, negative thinking.
A +7 demonstrates courage, calm, faith, hope,
positive thinking. 7 says "overcome fear." How?
The situations will vary.
Are you alone in the jungle surrounded by jaguars?
Faith, calm thinking, courage allow the possibility of drawing
upon skills for survival. Are you in over your head and unable to solve
it for yourself (intrigues, crime, corruption, bills, infidelity)? Have you resolved
to be calm first, and then to think rationally or do you react in haste?
Some have faith that things will work out in the end as they should
or seek assistance from others of this world or of other worlds
and hold onto hope, all 7 reactions. So is acceptance:
Acceptance is a common reaction when a 9 is also
found in conjunction with a 7. Usually with a 7, the result
is more positive than imagined in our moment of fear; hence the value
in keeping the upper thought, as we are less likely to generate more negativity
by over-reacting if we can remain positive or at least neutral.
"Let go and let God," or "Let go and let good" are 7 phrases.
The divine leap into the dark, fueled by courage and hope for
success are 7 ventures. So is panic, trembling, crying out
in fear and torment and hiding under the blanket.
The need for "security," whether it be financial, physical or societal
is fear-based and a -7, bringing about the need for defensive strategies,
such as wall building, secret police, guns, spies, and neighborhood patrols.
The fear of not being heard is also a -7 reaction. Have
you ever dreamed that you were being chased by the monster
and screamed, but no sound could be heard at all?
Just an open mouth? That is a 7 dream.
Living paycheck to paycheck or living
with no paycheck at all creates a constant state of anxiety,
dread, panic and worry. One either decides
to continue in this state of being or eases the anxiety by
having faith that things will be all right by living moment
to moment until the situation gets better or until
acceptance of the unchangeable sets in.
A 7 person benefits by identifying the area or areas
of the 7 in their life and of its intensity. Is it chronic worry
or panic situations? What calming techniques do you use?
Do you relax and breathe? Practice positive thinking?
Drink or use drugs? (See number 12)
Smoke frequently or eat all day?
Pray or plead...
7 is also daring. It is the moment you step to the edge
of the opening ready to jump. 7 is swimming with sharks.
7 is learning to ride a bike. 7 is the jitters before public speaking.
7 is knowing the consequences of bad grades and taking your bad report
card to your parents anyway. 7 is seeing the
blue lights pull up behind you in traffic.
A 7 location will bring up your need to learn how to deal
with these emotions or drive you away to safer shores.
Living on an earthquake fault or in the path of a rumbling volcano?
In mountain lion territory? On a hurricane's normal pathway
Many 7s choose a spiritual path. They choose to focus
either on "living the walk" of courage and hope and acceptance
or they preach fear, complete with fire and brimstone and lightning strikes.
Some do both or speak one method but live the other, being human.
(Remember: we teach what we most need to learn.)
A 7 day can be a day of spirit, a day of faith
or a day of fear, insecurity or worry
about whatever potential problem may arise.
Potential is the key word here, potentially negative
or potentially positive results. With a 7, the answers are subliminal, beneath
the surface. The coping method is learned.
7 is potential energy without outwardly measurable sureties.
A spiritual 7 is learning to find security without guards,
guns, money in the bank, roof over head, or miracle drugs. A physical 7
is learning confidance, courage, calm, poise, bravado. A physical -7
will build thick walls, armour, missiles, armies or Fort Knox.
A mental -7 is learning how his thoughts influence his outer life.
We attract what we fear the most sooner or later. Our reaction
to it depends upon our orientation, our maturity.
16 and 25 are forms of 7,
the basic vibration of potentiality.
Are you a brave warrior or scared little mouse? A calm
Polyanna or a worry-wart? Have you been told that you have
more courage than common sense? How do you ratchet down your
level of fear when it is increasing? Sweaty palms?
Yoga?...A stiff shot? Chamomile tea? Working out or jogging?
Sleepless nights or bad dreams? Talking to God, Allah, angels
or anyone who will listen?
7 is not a number of action. It is all about
anticipation and reaction. It is all about approach and attitude and our sense of being
protected or not, OK or not, in any situation, in any place and at any time.
Even a moment of downtime can be a 7 moment...do your thoughts haunt you
or bring you calm and peace?
The fight or flight response is a 7 mechanism of the physical body.
Brain chemistry and electrical studies of various regions of the
brain show us how we physically change as we react to stress, fear, anxiety, terror...
and how we react to courage or peace.
For those that believe in a higher consciousness, 7 is called the number of spirit.
Examples of a 7 reference are "Seventh Heaven"
and the "Seventh Level of Hell."
President Franklin D. Roosevelt reminded us all that
"the only thing we have to fear is fear itself,"
a 7 phrase.
Potentiality...positive or negative...
ARE YOU A 7?
Your birthday is on the 7th of the month
Your month, day and 4-digit year add up to a 7
You were born in a 7 year.
Your name (one of them or all of
them combined) adds up to a 7.
You were the 7th child.
Your address has a 7 in it or
adds up to 7 (this will be an influencing location).
SOME 7 YEARS INCLUDE:
1906, 1915, 1924, 1933, 1942, 1951, 1960, 1969, 1978, 1987, 1996, 2005, 2014
DON'T FORGET TO START WITH THE YEAR YOU
WERE CONCEIVED AND ALSO THE YEAR THAT YOU WERE BORN
If your birthday has more than one 7,
you are a double or triple 7.
If the 7 is combined with a 22, 9, or 5
you are specializing in the lessens of this vibration
and will feel "larger than life experiences"
or feel the need to turn to a spiritual/creative
solutioin for such an intense program.
If a 12 or 15 is combined with the 7,
take good care of your health, especially with
alcohol and sex, speed and timing.
Remember, as with all experiences, spirit is given that
which it can handle and the guardians to assist!
