Please explain more about Fountain Island
(Readers' note: Fountain Island is referenced in 'The Ancients.')
Spirit:
"We were pretty empty to begin with. We had our hands cleaned of anything suspicious. Such as bird droppings."
Asha:
Were there airplanes, rockets, missiles or spaceships there in those days?
Spirit:
"We decline to speak."
Asha:
Why so? Are you held back?
Spirit:

Is there someone else who can tell me?
Another spirit:
"We were fountains, islands, bridges and coastlines, fords of rivers, Nanneuk (sp?).
The highway to the north begins to bring us down. We bring cycles of change.
On our hands, must bring animosities."

How do you accomplish coasts?
Spirit:
"After the flood we are many. We bring delights in developing plans for renewal of things
of before, now lost. The downed aerial lines were developed over time to begin and
then brought down in the tempest of the flooding. We had underground technology.
(Vision: A sophisticated, modern-looking control room, underground facility.)

Spirit:

Spirit:

Haardt (Haardt field or Hartford?)"

Spirit:

The people?
Spirit:
"Their markings are distinct grams (diagrams?) and quarters
on their wrists."
Asha:
Tattoos?
Spirit:
"The like. Governor comes from ...Jamaica, maybe."
Asha:

Spirit:
"Elsewhere."

For what purpose?
Spirit:
"To guide the missiles."
Asha:
Is this current day?
Spirit:
"Combined....forces. Forces are gathering there. For an exercise.
We design military vessels, the like."
