FREQUENCIES TRAVELER NOVEMBER 16, 2016 "We are weavers of descent (dissent?)." I am reliving the first lines of a poetry/prose piece I wrote back in the twentieth century. "Not worthless, it did give hints." Later, the piece would find itself in the hands of others. 'Weaving' a net or basket for the purpose of capturing the dreams being transmitted to or from our mind is a craft with long heritage. "Do we still want to catch a dream or a falling star? Are we too knowledgeable for that now?" I was only half asking. "Knowledgeable about what?" Perhaps you are only half asking me your question. Are we both tired? "Imagine a techie on one piece of equipment who designs a dream, writes the concept and images, plots its travel course in frequency addresses along a travel course which will, at least momentarily, arrive at a preset destination. Along the way to the end point(s) lies an addressed tunnel, a pathway, a Targeted Individual's mind/electromagnetic field/resonant frequency. His/her brain's visual cortex, as well as other accessed biological portals, such as the audio cortex, is at the dream transmitter's disposal, the mind/EMF being a kind of computer passage, storage facility, projector location and tower/antenna with capacitors and the works. I say this is at the techie's disposal; but, I did not say that the human, whose brain it is, is willing to participate. The techie who transmits the dream correctly describes its contents to the ultimate recipient -- not because the techie has natural psychic abilities; rather, it is because he or she wrote and produced that specifically transmitted dream or program. The end-recipient acknowledges having dreamed the dream and confirms the accuracy of the dream's predicted contents. But..." I pause. "But, what happens to those preset frequency address tunnels? -- the humans -- who were used -- without permission... those wormhole pathways from the population who ALSO encountered, felt or saw... dreamed... that dream? What about those wormhole pathways who may not have been briefed because they are being used as captives, machines, investments or experiments? Human-as-machine or human-as-tower or computer storage or ...?" "What if the selected individual realizes what is going to happen to them but resists and refuses? How can they prevent being included when, as we have seen, it continues anyway, you know...? Unless they get inside help to prevent this use of their L I F E! This use of their H E A D! And, not limited to their head, of course." "The excuse has been the need for torture and training for war. Yet it is commercialized! So, we have always had peacetime use as well. What about then?" I segue to the topic as most persons think of it: dreams, telepathy and memory. People do want to know. They ask psychics if the dream and true dreamer exist at all. Do there exist dreams other than technologically-created and -transmitted ones? How does the medium or channel or targeted wormhole-individual separate the harmful types and so-called 'helpful' manipulations and mindbending events? (Isn't this an oxymoron? 'Helpful manipulation' of your mind... even retraining pathways or frequencies..., without informed consent, violates the concept of free will and some international laws and can result in permanent loss of autonomy and life for the wormhole-individual who has become trapped and tracked or ZOOT-suited or worse.)" You seem a little bored. It is, after all, an ancient topic. What is new to say? "Who is being 'helped?'" I hear. "~~ works in mysterious ways." you say. "And in microwaves, ultrasounds and extremely low frequencies, MASERS and with HAARPS?" I respond. "Sometimes?"I hear again. "If it... if WE HUMANS AND BIOLOGICALS AND OUR WORLDS...EXIST AT ALL BEYOND FABRICATION; that is,... beyond what has been constructed.... If microwaves EXIST. If humanity EXISTS... in more than Virtual Reality.. or works of the Dream World or... SMART levels.... Do you understand what I approach explaining to you?" I am amused now. "We can all be so silly, I am thinking. What is funny about it? Okay, mind creepers: If I don't exist and yet I am explaining myself still, perhaps it is I, myself, who is the oxymoron! Sometimes... well, let us just say sometimes..... I am thinking this to myself but I realize that all the others, should these others exist, are hearing me, too." Meditation is easier than pondering! I continue. "Navel pondering time. Okay. Seventh Level. Seventh Heaven? Seventh Level of Hell? How does one address that resonant frequency set? Are you following me? This stuff, within this world, whether it be solid and real or purely imaginative, can be and has been, measured, quantified, manufactured, reproduced and employed. Even sold. Nations have begun to sneak phrases into International Treaties to reference 'freedom of thought.' Many advanced countries signed it, as long ago in recent memory as 1975 and perhaps sooner, in Helsinki, Finland, when then-USA President Gerald Ford, along with Henry Kissinger, signed the Final Act of the Treaty, including its Article Seven about thought, for the USA. Today, our leaders want to change many international and United Nations memberships and treaties, even abolishing participation in them. 1947 was the date of the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Would we lose this promise that our rights as human beings would over-ride local political will? Will that make human beings here more safe? Less? I am not political and shirk many political discomforts. So I yield this question to those of you for whom it is your passionate endeavor. Spirit level, then. No worries on spirit level, unless you put certain elements into the fabric which defines just "WHO WE ARE." I stepped back in time in my mind. "Parallel SMART Boxes, stacked levels: Some ancients spoke about seeing replications of themselves or perhaps ancestors or descendants 'below' at lower levels. Apparent past generations -- some still knapping and otherwise making stone tools and using ground stone for preparing food -- spoke about 'gods' and 'Dreamtime' figures who instructed them about nomenclature. Others spoke about the Rainbow Bridge. Certainly, we know about caves, caverns, and geological formations showing a distant past for what are today underwater villages with inherited hidden stories, legends and Hermetic codes. We see temples of the long ago past with astronomical and astrological phenomena information on inner ceilings. These link to but, are NOT THE ONLY, 'levels' I want to speak about.
