Spirit:
"Found it! Under our feet. The oldest living mine."

Asha:
Under your feet? Where?

Spirit:
"Tianshan. Peking (Beijing-ed.) knows. We think it is one of the oldest in the world... under our feet. A cavern... unbelievable wealth... floor of a mine. Ancient Chinese had it a while, gave it up after the flooding(?) appeared to bury it for a while."

Asha:
What town was it near?

Spirit:
"The Daur (Dawo'er) Village. The Chinese had it hidden for a while. We excavated it a bit, found nothing at first. Then night began to fall. After a while, we came back to it again. There are Newsomes (sp?) here too, a branch of the Chinese oakam"

Asha:
Details?

Spirit:
"The shine says it is of a nature tin. A tin mine. Small mint inside. Fulcram."

Asha:
How old?

Spirit:
"Dynasty I. The Chinese (government) holds it now. We can't use it anymore."

Asha:
Is it listed in public records?

Spirit:
"Yes. On a list small and stuffed away. About to begin again."

Asha:
Was there a history of it told?

Spirit:
"We are after the facts of it. Descriptions of it varied. We were down to our last dime - ruined really, but came to luck again. Others see our chance again."

Asha:
Can Oakam(sp?) be found in the U.S.?

Spirit:
"A tree. Roots. Tianshan. A number of the breed. Others begin again near the roots of Chinese houses after the flooding."

Another spirit:
"The Chinese never really had Oakam flooring in their huts. They begin to see use for it later. We began as nomadic shepherds. Huts begin in Dynasty after the Fall. Tianshan was once a dream of an accomplishment on our hands."

Another spirit:
"We will explore further. The Hun.(Han?-sounds like Hun-ed)"
