A S H A O F A N T A R E S
As we approach age 19, we are coming to the end of our second cycle walking (0-9, 10-19) and third cycle since physical conception. It is a time for pulling together our inner strength or outer bravado and "overcoming" the tough lessons from which we've emerged, at least temporarily, and for taking the first acts of the rest of our lives. We are "grown-up" or almost.
There is an interaction of the 29-30-year cycle with the 18-19-year cycle. (In some cases, the interaction can be with 11-17&29-30)
In today's society, 18-19 is often the jumping off point for leaving the nest. Whether going to college, starting your own home or simply making your own decisions, the ages of 18-19 begin that larger 29-30 year period that follows. At age 48-49, life returns full circle and the events (physical, social, financial, mental, emotional) one faces at that age reflect the same lessons and consequences of decisions made by us at age 19. Larger-than-life events that happen at age 19 (births, deaths, war) will be causes for 30 or more years of life changes with the individual and may never be fully comprehended within the life. In older generations or in those circumstances where the life lesson involves "premature events" and decisions, then the cycle will return earlier as well. For example, in cases where age 16 is the jumping off point in life, then age 45-46 is the return. If 17 was the age at onset of adulthood, then 46-47 would be the age of return. Either way, momentous decisions and events would come about at age 19 and at 19-year intervals after. Cycles of 18-19.5 years are associated with the Metonic cycle of eclipses. That is the length of time it takes to complete one complete cycle of eclipses and to return to the same beginning point again. As we end at 18 and begin at nineteen, a new 19-year metonic cycle begins.
Every 19 years, we cycle around again to the same issues and opportunities. Some of the same names, faces, situations, and places re-emerge.
19 is a subset of 1 and 10. It is independent and alone; it teaches a lesson. In the 19 experience one is overcoming. By setting out on your own, for example, you overcome the authority of parents and learn a lesson.
19 gives the opportunity but does not guarantee that the experience will be pleasant or unpleasant. Neither does it guarantee wise decisions. That is the lesson. At mid-to-late 40's, there is a return on the choices made. Mid-40's is often the time of "mid-life crisis" and for some even early death. It becomes a time to reflect on the path we took at age 19 and where it has led. Around age 37-38, we overcame our "mini-death" or ego shift of age 36 and began some new cycle. We would face the results of the second set of opportunities in our late 50's.
If 19 is a destiny or path number, there is at least a lifelong lesson in overcoming something or someone. Sometimes, it is just learning how to overcome and to share the wisdom. It may take the entire lifetime to complete, but will have cycles within the larger framework.
While there may be a necessary extraction of self or a summoning of strength or will involved, 19 offers the hope, the opportunity, of solving a connundrum or pulling feet out of quicksand. Having found a method to overcome a challenge, that method often becomes a pattern for solving many other sticky situations as well. If the solution itself eventually becomes the problem, then a new 19-challenge is at hand. Example: If at age 19, one leaves home to escape parental authority, then "leaving" can become the modus operendi for any difficult relationship issues. Eventually, one must decide if this method is a good one ("works for me") or not. If not; if at 38 and 46, one has left many times and is tired of leaving, 19 creates the internal pressure cooker, the lesson beating in brain and heart that says "I need to overcome this." 19 being the last of the individuated experiences, this lesson is a natural one to come just before 20, the cycle of "the other," relationships and choices.

ARE YOU AN 19?
Your birthday is on the 19th of the month
Your month, day and 4-digit year add up to a 19
You were born in a 19 year.
Your name (one of them or all of
them combined) adds up to a 19.
Your destiny number adds up to 19.
You were the 19th child.
Your address has a 19 in it or
adds up to 19 (this will be an influencing location).

or feel the need to turn to a spiritual/creative
solution for such an intense program.
If a 12 or 15 is combined with the 19,
