The following must be disconnected and canceled from technology (illegal for use in USA). Why? The USA has been attacking its own territories/citizens illegally due to configuration of systems and the language "capturing" human beings on USA soil who did not qualify to be targets/marks/markers.
THERE CAN BE NO CONTRACTUAL TIME LIMIT OR DELAY OR EXTENSIONS OR PROGRAM PERIOD OR SCHOOL PERIOD OR PAY PERIOD OR CONGRESSIONAL TIME SPAN FOR ELIMINATING THIS SET OF ILLEGAL SYSTEMS WHICH ARE HARMING THE USA NOW.
DISCONNECT IMMEDIATELY, COMPLETELY, AND PERMANENTLY
1. TRANSPONDERS USED FOR THE EXTREME RENDITION OR OTHER HARM OF MS. ALEIA, HER FRIENDS, FAMILY, CUSTOMERS, ASSOCIATES, STUDENTS, ET AL OR TO ATTACK THE COUNTRY NAMED UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE COUNTRY'S ALLIES OR OTHER NON-ATTACKING PERSONS (ATTACK IS ILLEGAL).
2. REMOVE Asha Ariel Aleia's (Melinda Ann Lawson Tressler's) biological "signature" from the architectureof the technology for the electromagnetic/neuro-electromagnetic wormholes/gateways, devices, atmospherics, interstellar or intrastellar travel, and espionage frequency weapons/communications/theft/restraining/killing systems (and systems-of-systems), as well as, tracking technologies/spyware/malware/transport/HVAC, etc., at all locations of the globe and, if applicable, in outer space or inner space and all dimensions of them. DISCONNECT FROM DANGER ALL UNPROTECTED HUMAN BEINGS being used as homing devices or robots, etc. for EM/NMED or other weapons/communications systems.
3. REMOVE SPLITTERS, CHANNEL SPLITTERS, WEAPONS SPLITTERS, "PERSONALITY" SPLITTERS.
4. END THE PRACTICE IN THIS CASE OF USING FALSE SIGNAL/TARGET IDENTIFICATION AND CODED OR OPPOSITED LANGUAGE DESIGNATIONS/PROXIES in conjunction with use of or attack by nuclear/sub-nuclear devices (NRC VIOLATION AND GLOBAL SAFETY HAZARD).

4. REMOVE THESAURUS in the Language Options of any computer used in conjunction with interoperable systems of weapons, navigation/tracking/communications technologies. "Close," "similar to," "nearly," or "sort of" is unacceptable. "Opposites" (in meaning or in terminology)used in conjunction with weaponry attack the home front - suicide!! Unacceptable. And equally unacceptable would be the reports filed regarding target or location, written or broadcast/telecast in opposites language or used to ID location on GPS.
5. TWISTED SYSTEMS AND UPSIDE DOWN SYSTEMS must be untwisted. Communications stations and operators switched with weapons stations and operators is one example of a twisted system.
6. OPPOSITES LANGUAGE OPTIONS, CROSSED WIRES, TRANSPARENCIES OR SUBSTITUTE WORDS/PHRASES.
7. CANCEL ALL "PROXY" use for URLs , GPS, country names or calling codes, human names, operation names, Servers, etc.

FOR NATIONAL SECURITY, REMOVE VOICE ALTERING/VOICE ON COMMAND/VOICE ACTIVATED - ON WEAPONS SYSTEMS (SUCH AS EM, RF-EM, RF-ID, NMD), which serves to deceive the operators or listeners as to the ID of the speaker (used to impersonate the President of the USA or Generals/Admirals/Mayors, etc.) or to disguise the number of attackers or armies of attackers "hitting and running" by speaking with one voice, as if they were one human being. In that vein, also remove proxies of addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, locations or businesses, etc. (unless DEFENDING the nation from active attack) in the systems and all technology interfaces.
9. DISCONNECT/DISCONTINUE ALL ENABLING UTILITIES including, but not limited to power generating utilities, such as electricity and sound accessing utilities, such as broadband/wideband/narrowband, free-space, free-space optical, fiberoptic, television broadcasting and/or radar/radio transmitting or receiving dishes or antenna or towers/controls.
To include electricity, for example, do not forget to include that which makes it available to technologies, such as the local electric company or electricity cooperative, nuclear power plants/generators, regular generators, batteries, wind turbine orchards, hydro-electric facilities and dams, solar panels and collectors, coal, oil or other fuel used to help generate electricity and, mother nature herself - lightning and the harvesting of natural forms of electro-magnetism.
10. DISCONNECT/REMOVE MAGNETS installed to enable the use of electro-magnetic ceilings/floors/tunnels corridors or wormholes/gateways which pass through or in contact with and/or harm human beings or animals and are done without their permission or even against their objections (in some cases even without their knowledge); and, disconnect all espionage frequency or maser frequency devices. Employees and the technologies of locations such as Sandia, White Sands, Brookhaven, Los Alamos, Trinity, NORAD, Oak Ridge and other sites should not be tracking ordinary civilian human beings (citizens of USA) or residences and private/commercial buildings in the continental USA. These employees and technologies should beplaced back in their prior routine "peace-time" activities.
11. "Speed of light" devices use light! No surprise - what else moves at that speed? What moves at the speed of thought? THINK.
12. CANCEL PERMANENTLY AND COMPLETELY THE BLACK SITE EXTREME/EXTRAORDINARY RENDITION of Asha Ariel Aleia (Melinda Ann Lawson Tressler, DBA Asha of Antares). It is illegal in the USA and Ms. Aleia is a USA citizen at will on USA soil. Renditioning is kidnapping. Extreme rendition is kidnapping and murder and also an illegal act of war. Cancel all MKULTRA, MAJIK, RECIPROCATING UNIT SUITS, PERSINGER connections to the unwilling civilian non-volunteer. Remove any and all algorythms or bio-signatures belonging to the human being Asha Ariel Aleia (formerly Melinda Ann Lawson Tressler) from all illegally controlled software/hardware. Remove also any other human beings trapped or captured in the technology or its architecture.

Technology itself 1) seeks and finds and identifies BOGIES AND TRAPPED HUMAN BEINGS, ANIMALS, PROPERTIES/VEGETATION NOT OFFICIALLY AND LEGALLY PERMITTED TO BE ON A SIGNAL OR "TARGETED/MARKED." 2) Sends alert at once and shuts all systems down instantly until bogies and/or trapped victims bio-information/vectors, etc., are completely removed and they are out of danger. No exceptions. 3) System technology will not allow restart if address is re-entered at any point. 4) Immediate death would be the consequence to one who tries to overpower the failsafe by hacking and speeding up his weapon to be faster than the speed of the failsafe.
The technology operates at the speed of thought; therefore, operators will always be only the "second thought," the "responder thought", the "follower" - this is not good defense - only revenge response. It is too slow - second in place and too slow to prevent the death/destruction of targets and homing devices. FAILSAFES ARE REQUIRED AND MUST RUN CONTINUOUSLY NONSTOP. The system can think as fast as itself in blocking or preventing attack/bogies/trapped humans. Prevention and deterrence are better defenses. Anyone who speeds up his attack command capability to go faster than the failsafe must know that he/she will be killed as an unwanted attacker - used to deter those who would try to do so.

Biometric testing must be required for all access and users of onsite weaponry/tracking/visual spyware (including BITT/TITT(SP?) vision-ware).(Associated at times with technology known as "the Pelican") Other names used have been Hunsingers(sp?)Hobesons(sp?). Unsafe practices include allowing unknown persons from unknown places on earth (bogies) to access and/or use the communications/weapons systems(EM/NMDs) and to sabotage/block/delay servers for communications/transportations systems worldwide and countrywide. It has been shown already that no one was "who they said they were." Also, there were operators on opposing systems stations who were misidentified, including team names, individual names of imposters and station ID location/name.
ASER TECHNOLOGY
MASER, TASER, LASER, PHASER technology; speed-of-light technology.
These are being used alongside and interoperably with neuro-electromagnetic and other electromagnetic technologies, as well as, normal communications technologies. If a technology system/target/transmitter/weapon has electricity/battery/lifeform/electronics/generator, then it can be used interoperably with the system and can be affected by flow of electricity or lack of it.
WAR TIME VERSUS PEACE TIME The systems configurations/inclusions/personnel/targets must be reset for "Peace Time" service. FEMA/EMA (such as GEMA or FLEMA) are not in charge during peace time:no Marshall Law. FEMA must not be used to usurp the authority of the President of the United States of America and to quaranteen, occupy, or isolate areas, neighborhoods or cities, etc., illegally - an act of treason and one of the illegal acts of HOT war and the pillage of the nation's Treasury mentioned in these papers. (The occurrences were/are actual events and not theoretical.) Should the maser, for example, or the super-collider, particle accelerators, microwaves and broadband/wideband/other bands be used on unprotected human beings during peace time? NO! Of course not. Why are they being so used then at this time?
BROADBAND/WIDEBAND/XBAND/SPECTRUM/NARROWBAND/FIBEROPTIC, FREE SPACE OPTICAL, FREE SPACE (OTHER) including short and long waves for ultrasound, simulators, special effects, games, television, radio, x-boxes and various other applications, including space travel and subnuclear applications and telescopes/dishes must be scrupulously searched for bogies hanging off the espionage and low frequencies, as well as the extra low and ultra high frequencies. One should include ELF and HAARP, but not exclude common use frequencies and other devices. All satellites, including eye-in-the-sky and drones, radar detection and fuzz busters and auto systems such as LOJACK, ONSTAR, and SIRIUS must be included, as well as, transmissions from ROVers on MARS or IPADS/IPODS/MACINTOSH (or other brand competitor) on the International Space Station or other ships in space or at sea. APBs, whether upside down or correctly protocoled, must be included.
OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
SMART technology, SMART BOXES/CUBES and other devices, including HVAC systems, medical and laboratory devices, lift truck/industrial and factory systems, automotive repair, postal systems, retail electronics, transportation systems (trains, planes, automobiles, motorcycles, space ships, etc.) - in short, our modern world - are electromagnetic and potentially included in a weapons system/communications network. You knew that? Did you also know that the living human/animal/vegetation body is also electromagnetic? What are you doing to protect your physical health and safety, as well as the privacy of your own brain/dreams/thoughts/brain functionality and that of your own personal electromagnetic field? What is your Department of Defense doing to protect the civilian public's health, welfare, privacy and freedom of thought?? Our world is operating already with a new paradigm. ATMOSPHERICS AND/OR HARNESSING NATURE'S FORCES, along with smart boxes, tunnels, ceilings/floors - all using electromagnetic technology - and built using biological addresses as doorways, keys, or homing devices - even if intended for use in transporting or storage, can result in individual or mass destruction/imprisonment/torture or other physical harm. The citizenry must be knowledgeable of its use in the atmospheres around them and affecting their lives and fortunes/health. It must not be used without consent or otherwise illegally. Profiteering/trafficking must be illegal using these technologies for this or for organ harvesting without permission. Similarly experiments and studies using EM technology must have the consent of all participants and may not be used for harm or NMD.
PERSONNEL
REMOVE/ARREST all human participants from both of these systems' access and employee/investor payroll/university grants/laboratory access/server funding and data. These systems, as arranged serve to function as an illegal killing machine/wall of confusion/racketeering/trafficking center attractive to criminals. The system has hidden victims trapped in the technology (extreme renditioning/THE PROGRAM, for example) under the false label of CLASSIFIED (for which it would not qualify). Eliminate the attackers, criminals, and those who assist them (including those persons in the field) which include criminals and those who have been willingly attacking both the USA and victims, such as Ms. Asha A. Aleia. Additional victims include the list of other USA citizens/allies which the group has targeted/attacked while continuing to present themselves as "security" or "homeland security" when, in fact, they represent the opposite - the largest security breach/lack of security ever experienced before in the history of the USA/Western Hemisphere. These unscrupulous persons publically refer to sane/honest/accurate ILLEGALLY TARGETED USA CITIZENS as "psycho," while depicting themselves as "security," so that they can commit crimes broadly throughout both the military and civilian/commercial populations (part of their roles in the "illegal acts of war" and "treason" for which they are being charged here.) GET THESE CRIMINALS OUT OF THE FACILITY ACCESS AND THE REMOTE ACCESS that they now possess for stalking, theft, assassination, impostering, etc. GET THEM OFF THE PAYROLL which is ruining the economy of the nation while it becomes automatically a form of "looting" and "pillaging" the treasury of the country and the individual targets (illegal acts of war). For too long these criminals have not been BIOMETRICALLY IDENTIFIED and have had access to the crime victims and their private accounts without permission/despite objections and have interacted with others behind the scenes within local/national companies and their servers/employees (sabatage/espionage) to the detriment of the victims and the country.
STOP THE CARNAGE.
TO DO IN GOVERNMENT
Get rid of those in Congress and Judiciary who knew about this (or should have - it was on their watch). Include oversight and appropriations committees for federal and state governments. Get rid of moles in high positions of Congress or Judiciary. Get rid of judges or other "kangaroo court" members who participated in the illegal detention, illegal documentation or records sealing or blocking or collusion in preventing the renditioned citizen from getting normal legal rescue or who assisted in keeping secret that which does not qualify for secrecy, including State Secrets. Review all congressmen and women who proposed or voted to approve The Patriot Act and replace those who committed treason.
