Asha is a very ancient name here on Earth. Some older sources: IDHA APAM VIJASAITI VANGHUHI DAENA ASHEM VOHU VISPAISH AVI KARSHVAN "Henceforth from now may spread ASHA, the best of all things Over all the eight spheres" Zarathustra, Zend Avesta, Yasht 13-94 THE ESSENE BOOK OF ASHA,an ancient document, makes good reading. Did you know that "Asha" was the old name for the game of chess? It was the game of kings: shah = king. It was the game of life and the battle between darkness and light and the forces of creativity and destruction. Asha was also a sanskrit word, in India, for "hope" and in Persia was truth-righteousness, whose opponent was "lie-confusion."
